Before there was Intersect By Lexus, or Priceless, there was Chefs Club. What some might consider the O.G. of permanent pop up restaurants featuring a rotating cast of acclaimed chefs, Chefs Club has been quietly crushing it year after year. And this week, Asheville, that sweet hippie town we all dream of retiring too, is sending us the gift of Katie Button. Chef Button is James-Beard award nominated chef who loves to make everyone tapas at her restaurant,. Cúrate. She’s spent time working for Ferran Adrià and José Andrés, so please take our word for it this is a holiday dining experience worth your time. And seriously, can you really handle another holiday party highlighted by a shrimp ring?

Curate at Chefs Club is open beginning December 4th (TODAY) and will run through February 1st. Reservations are available through Resy because it is a hip and trendy reservation platform. What you’ll find is a bar full of vermouth, cider, and sherry to wet your beak before diving into a table full of tapas. Here. you’ll find fried Marcona almonds, Spanish cockles served with potato chips and house made salsa, and Segovian suckling pig. There’s also a $70 per person “Spanish Experience” dinner option in case selecting from a giant tapas list overwhelms you.
