Join Segun Odofa of Delicious African Orchards as he takes you on a culinary trip to Africa, visiting select dishes along the way that encompass the vibrancy and culture of their respective countries.
You’ll learn about the foods and culture of Nigeria, Ghana, and Liberia- dishes which even in NYC, are still quite esoteric.
During this 4 course dinner, Chef Odofa will be sharing stories behind each dish, and what makes them so special.
Tying it all together, you’ll enjoy live music in a NYC townhouse along with specialty cocktails courtesy of Tambour Original Palm Wine.

About Your Guide
Segun Odofa
Chef/Owner, Delicious African Orchards
Segun Odofa was born and raised in Western Nigeria, and in 2015, founded catering company, Delicious African Orchards. Segun has been featured on CCTV, NYC News 12, Madame Noire Magazine, Amore Magazine, and Eat Africa - an online food company.
Segun has also successfully catered over 50 weddings, among hundreds of other smaller events, solidifying his culinary prowess in New York City.
In 2017, he participated in the Jolloff Festival and was announced the winner after providing the judges and patrons with the best-tasting Jolloff Rice, served with his famous Buka Sauce.
