Join us in this class from Mochii Too’s Chef/Owner, Mimi Lau, as we learn to make the rice flour dough that we’ll wrap around our mochii ice-cream & daifuku!
Afterwards, we’ll turn up the heat as we learn to make hot mochii, which offers guests an entirely new experience compared with the cold + room-temp mochii.
This class is packed with extensive knowledge on how this dough originated, and as you dive into the sweet world of mochii, everyone here will be mastering their skills and making new acquaintances over a shared love for mochii!
Students are more than welcome to sit down and enjoy their hard work at the end of the class as well. Any questions will be taken during class when given the chance.
